Terms of Service
Effective date: Pending final legal review.
1. Service
Prediator is independent, non-custodial software for monitoring public Polymarket activity, receiving alerts and composing user-authorized orders. Prediator is not an exchange, broker, dealer, adviser, fiduciary, custodian or trade counterparty and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18, have legal capacity, comply with applicable law and Polymarket requirements, not be sanctioned, and not bypass geographic restrictions.
3. Wallets and orders
Users control their wallets and authorize and sign their own orders. Prediator does not store private keys or seed phrases and cannot reverse blockchain activity. Execution, settlement, deposits and withdrawals depend on Polymarket and third parties.
4. Alerts and tracked wallets
Alerts are informational, can be delayed or wrong, and are not recommendations. Tracked wallets are unaffiliated third parties and may change or exit positions without warning.
5. Execution and fees
Supported orders use the limits shown at confirmation and may fill partially or not at all. Prediator's then-current fee, Polymarket fees and network costs are disclosed where applicable before confirmation. Prediator may receive builder-program rewards for routed volume.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users must not engage in wash trading, manipulation, sanctions evasion, unlawful activity, unauthorized automation, security probing, service interference, geographic circumvention or reward farming.
7. Third parties and intellectual property
The service depends on Polymarket, blockchains, wallet software, Telegram and infrastructure vendors governed by their own terms. Prediator branding, software and original content remain protected.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, execution, price or profitability. Trading can result in total loss.
9. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, data loss or fund loss. Final liability caps and indemnity language require counsel approval before launch.
10. Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended for legal, security, abuse or operational reasons. Features, fees and these terms may change prospectively with notice where required.
11. Governing law and disputes
Governing law, venue, arbitration structure and opt-out rights are pending company formation and counsel review. No arbitration or class-waiver clause applies until final terms are published and accepted.
12. Contact
Company legal name, registered address and contact email are pending final confirmation.
