Privacy Policy
Effective date: Pending final legal review.
1. Information we collect
We may process connected and watched wallet addresses, Privy account identifiers, verified Telegram chat identifiers, support communications, pages and features used, security logs, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser information, and public blockchain or Polymarket market data.
2. What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store seed phrases or private keys and do not take custody of user funds. User orders are authorized and signed through the connected wallet.
3. How information is used
We use data to authenticate users, maintain private watchlists, deliver website and Telegram alerts, display public market activity, secure the service, prevent abuse, support user-authorized orders, comply with law, and improve the product.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with Polymarket and blockchain infrastructure for user-authorized activity; Telegram for alert delivery; Privy for authentication and wallet connectivity; Vercel, database, monitoring and analytics vendors acting as service providers; and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. Public blockchain data
Wallet transactions and market activity can be public, globally replicated and outside our ability to alter or delete. Connecting a wallet can allow activity to be associated with the service.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential storage supports sign-in, security and display preferences. If configured, optional PostHog analytics runs only after consent. Autocapture and session recording are disabled, sensitive text and attributes are masked, and wallet addresses and order parameters must not be sent as analytics properties. Consent can be declined without losing core access.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and auditable user-authorized activity, then delete or anonymize it where feasible. We use encryption in transit, access controls and scoped credentials, but no system is completely secure.
8. Rights and international transfers
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. Public blockchain data cannot be modified by us. Processing locations and transfer safeguards will be finalized before launch.
9. Children and changes
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. Material policy changes will be announced and the effective date updated.
10. Contact
Company legal name, registered address and privacy email are pending final confirmation.
