Risk Disclosure
Prediction-market trading is speculative. You can lose your entire stake. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Prediction-market risk
Binary outcome shares can resolve to full value or zero. Prices can move sharply, liquidity can disappear, and resolution can be delayed, disputed or differ from your interpretation.
Wallet-following risk
Past wallet performance is not predictive. A tracked wallet may change strategy, be compromised, use hedges you cannot see, exit without warning or deliberately trade against followers. You always act after the observed trade.
Alert and data risk
Alerts rely on public data, Polymarket interfaces, blockchains and Telegram. They can be delayed, incomplete, out of order, inaccurate or missed entirely.
Execution risk
User-confirmed orders can fill partially or not at all. Displayed prices can change before submission. Network congestion, API outages, geoblocking or Polymarket downtime can prevent entry or exit.
Technology, wallet and custody risk
Smart contracts, wallets, browser sessions and third-party infrastructure can fail or be exploited. Prediator is non-custodial; users are responsible for their wallets, devices and credentials. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Regulatory and tax risk
Prediction-market rules vary and change by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for eligibility, legality and taxes. Funds are not bank deposits and are not protected by deposit or securities insurance.
No advice
Nothing in Prediator is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Prediator is not a broker, adviser or fiduciary.
